Appointments

    •    Appointments are required for all services

    •   Same-day appointments may be available depending on schedule availability.

    •    For same-day inquiries, clients must contact the salon directly.

Booking & Payments

    •    A non-refundable 25% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

    •    Remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid by cash, card, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

    •    All retainers and payments are final — no refunds for any reason, including cancellations, rescheduling, or no-call/no-shows.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• If you cancel before 12 hours, any retainer or payment made is transferable to a future appointment, but remains non-refundable.

    •    Cancellations made within 12 hours are considered late and will incur an additional 25% late-cancellation fee. As well as no-call/no-shows.

    •    Each retainer includes one reschedule. Any additional rescheduling requires a new retainer.

    •    No-call/no-shows forfeit all retainers and payments and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

    •    If the card on file fails to process any required fee, future bookings will be blocked until the balance is paid in full.

Late Arrivals

    •    A 10-minute grace period is provided.

    •    After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged or your appointment may be cancelled and the retainer forfeited.

Guests

    •    To maintain a professional and relaxing atmosphere, no extra guests are allowed during appointments.
